Welcome to our Virtual Coaching Program! We’re excited to work with you and help you surf beyond your limits. This guide will walk you through how to use Coach Now, our dedicated platform for surf coaching.
Once you’ve completed your payment for the coaching program, you will receive an email from us with instructions to join CoachNow and your personal invitation code.
Check Your Inbox:
Look for an email from Impact Surf Academy inviting you to join CoachNow.
Create Your Account:
Follow the link in the email to set up your account. You’ll need to provide your name, email, and create a password.
Download the App:
For the best experience, download the CoachNow app on your smartphone or tablet (available on iOS and Android). You can also access it via your browser on a computer.
After setting up your account, you’ll find yourself added to a private space dedicated to your coaching journey.
Welcome to your space:
This is your personal hub where all interactions with your coach will take place.
What you'll find:
Your coaching goals and progress updates.
An area to upload your surfing videos for analysis.
Feedback and analyzed videos from your coach.
Uploading your surfing videos is easy. Here’s how to share your clips for analysis:
Click the “+” button (or “Add Post” option).
Select “Upload Video” and choose the clip you want to share.
Add any notes or questions about the video before posting.
Upload two videos by Monday, and they will be fully analyzed and returned to you by Friday.
Upload your single video in CoachNow, and it will be fully analyzed and returned to you within five days.
Confirm upload
Once uploaded, the video will appear in your space, ready for review by your coach.
Your coach will review the videos you upload and provide detailed analysis to help you improve.
Look for posts from your coach—these will include your analyzed clips with notes, voiceovers, or drawings highlighting key areas for improvement.
Your CoachNow space will be your go-to for all aspects of the program:
View your goals and progress updates.
Access all uploaded videos and analyzed clips in one place.
Communicate directly with your coach for any additional support.
