Impact combines high-performance coaching, competitive experience and a clear personal approach to help surfers progress beyond their current limits.
A Dutch surf coach with experience coaching leading national surfers and working at the ISA World Surfing Games and Eurosurf. His Sports Management background and passion for research shape a personal, professional approach to technical and tactical progression.
Raised between Oahu and Redondo Beach, Nalu started surfing at four and progressed through local competition, NSSA, ProAm events and the UCSB surf team. He now brings a lifetime of ocean and competitive knowledge into coaching.

Impact Surf Academy is based in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, and also works with surfers through 1-on-1 sessions and online coaching.
