CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Coaching Weeks & Coaching Trips
Cancelling your booking

| More than 30 days before start date | Full refund, minus 10% processing fee |
| 15–30 days before start date | 50% refund |
| Less than 15 days before start date | No refund |
Date changes, rather than full cancellations, are considered case-by-case and may carry a change fee depending on circumstances and notice given.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Impact Surf Academy cancels or reschedules a week or trip, for example because of insufficient bookings, coach unavailability or unsafe conditions, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a future week or trip at no extra cost.
Impact Surf Academy is not responsible for other costs you incur, such as travel or accommodation booked separately.
Weather and surf conditions
Coaching Weeks and Trips run rain or shine. Day-to-day condition variation is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. If conditions become genuinely unsafe, Impact Surf Academy reserves the right to adjust or pause the programme for that day, and will work with you on rescheduling where possible.
Payment timing
Full payment is due no later than 15 days before the start date of a Coaching Week or Trip.
2. Online Coaching
- Pay-as-you-go (€15/clip): No subscription; no refund once a clip has been submitted for analysis.
- Monthly and Committed plans: Billed automatically each cycle. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a technical issue prevented access to the service, assessed at our discretion.
3. How to Cancel
Contact us in writing at coach@impactsurfacademy.com, or by phone, with your booking details and preferred outcome: refund, reschedule, or credit toward a future booking.
4. Travel
Impact Surf Academy is not responsible for flights, visas, or travel arrangements. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and surfing-related injury.
